Auto CMDB – Bundle with Asset Network Connection Extension

Description

The ITSM add-on can display connections and dependencies between existing assets or CIs based on various informations. Asset connections and dependencies are automatically read out from the system without time-consuming manual maintenance and then clearly visualised.

« Auto CMDB » is extended with « Asset Network Connection Extension »:
The extension documents the port data of network switches. The network infrastructure is mapped in the Matrix42 ESM. You get an overview of which client is connected to which port. The ports of a network device can be stored and linked as objects in the system.

• Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (the standard
supported versions)
• Asset Network Connection Extension Modul (included)
