Requirements

Practical experience with Service Store Administration and knowledge of SQL (understanding and creating SQL statements). Understanding of Matrix42 data model. Previous participation in the “Matrix42 Software Asset & Service Management – Administration Training” and “Matrix42 Service Management – Workflows 1: Workflow Studio Basis”.
