You will get to know the Workflow Studio user interface with its control items and will gain an overview over the available workflow activities. You will create your own custom approval and provisioning workflows. (Training days: Mon.-Tue.)

In addition to this course, we recommend attending the separately bookable advanced training course Matrix42 Service Management – Workflows 2 – Create, Customize, Manage Workflows that is held in the days immediately afterwards. (Training days: Wed.-Fri.)
